4 Unusual Artists Creating Extraordinary Things

Sometimes you stumble upon art that simply stops you in your tracks because it’s like nothing you’ve EVER seen before. These beyond-extraordinary artists do that to us.

Dave Kim: An electronic violinist that truly knows how to rock, Dave Kim has performed around the world, sharing the stage with Hootie and the Blowfish, Third Eye Blind, Travis Barker of Blink 182, and more. When asked about his process Kim says, “Everything I do is in the moment. I never perform the same set or piece of music twice.”

Bill Dan: With a careful hand, Bill Dan turns your typical beach rocks into true art that someone manages to defy gravity without the help of cables. His art blurs the line between craft and nature and has become a charismatic staple against the vivid sunsets (and dense fog) of San Francisco’s iconic coastline.

Millo: Street artist Francesco Camillio Giorgino (“Millo”) lives by the motto bigger is better. His tall-wall murals throughout Turin, Italy are proof of that. Millo paints primarily in black and white with bursts of color and his unique style of work can be found all throughout Europe.

Carol Roullard: What happens when science and art collide? Magic. Carol Roullard photographs breathtaking masterpieces under the lens of a, wait for it, microscope. Her “Elements in Wine” collection, showcases the hidden beauty of wine’s ingredients. Cheers to that.
